Full job description
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the IT industry for B2B and C2C market.
Develop and maintain relationships with high corporate clients.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and potential clients to drive informed business development strategies for Staff Augmentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing solutions and proposals for clients in Staff Augmentation sector.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Track and report on business development activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
Take ownership of the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities in Domestic and International markets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
