Business Development Lead
Industry Preference-Silicone Rubber /Rubber Parts / Rubber Chemicals
Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
Following up on leads allocated by Business Unit Head & other internal sources.
Building an order pipeline to meet/exceed planned revenue targets.
Conducting Daily Sales Visits / Calls to maintain constant relationship with Customers and understand their requirements, expectations & concerns.
Review sales activities of team members team mates are conducting Daily Sales Visits / Calls to maintain constant contact with Customers and understand their requirements, expectations & concerns and update to Business Unit Head
Reporting Customer feedback to Business Unit Head and following through to ensure timely resolution of queries, issues & concerns.
Timely Reporting of Sales / Revenue Data – submitting the Daily Sales Report in a timely manner.
Updating Sales Presentations to ensure that accurate & latest information used is communicated to clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 11/08/2025
