Business Development Manager (BDM)

ODZ Services is actively looking for a skilled and experienced professional in Lead Generation and Conversion with a strong background in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation, bidding, and conversion through platforms like Upwork, PPH etc.
Understanding client requirements and presenting suitable IT solutions.
Delivering presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
Achieving set targets related to client acquisition and project conversion.
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in IT sales and lead generation.
Strong understanding of technologies like MEAN, MERN, Python, and ROR.
Hands-on experience in handling bidding portals like Upwork, PPH, WebGuru, etc.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
