Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Business Development Manager.

Conducting market research and analysis to find new business and client opportunities internationally
Should be feasible to travel internationally for business calls
Generating and pursuing leads
Developing sales pitches and techniques overseas
Arranging appointments for international clients for manpower recruitments.
Negotiating terms with potential clients abroad
Monitoring effective implementation of international business development activities
Developing individual business plans for each country
Administering and developing initiatives to increase sales and market development activities
Analysing business strategies and developing improvement plans for the same to provide appropriate growth to the business
Expanding a business’s reach into international markets
Researching market trends and developing partnerships with international partners
Following up with leads, establishing relationships with potential new foreign clients, and arranging appointments for meetings.
Following through with leads, looking for a successful agreement or arrangement.
Should be feasible for International travel
Candidates with Russian Language fluency are preferred
Qualifications

Minimum Degree with 10 years of Experience in International Marketing.
Client co-ordination and Marketing.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,808.09 – ₹61,697.81 per month
