Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, job boards, cold calling, and outbound emails for RPO opportunities in the UAE and USA markets.
Research and target new client accounts in staffing and recruitment segments.
Schedule and conduct intro/demo calls with HR heads, talent acquisition leads, and decision-makers.
Follow up on prospects, maintain a healthy pipeline, and ensure timely documentation in CRM.
Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to propose tailored RPO models.
Meet monthly/quarterly targets on lead closures and revenue.
Share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing or RPO domain
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience in outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, email, and calls
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and lead tracking
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
