Business Development Manager (BDM)

We’re looking for a mid-level Business Development Manager who understands airport IT services and has a strong track record in enterprise sales and strategic marketing within the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will own the sales pipeline, build strong industry relationships, and drive expansion into domestic and international airport markets.

Identify and pursue business opportunities in airport IT infrastructure, terminal services, passenger processing systems, and smart airport solutions. • Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, solution pitching, negotiations, and deal closure. • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders — airport operators, system integrators, government bodies, and OEMs. • Collaborate with the Product and Technical teams to tailor offerings based on client needs. • Develop go-to-market strategies for new regions or service offerings. • Represent the company at aviation expos, conferences (e.g., ACI, FTE), and RFP pre-bid meetings. • Analyze trends in smart airports, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
