We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the Forex or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives, engage with partners, and drive revenue growth. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and sales execution skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic alliances
Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals
Develop and implement sales and market entry strategies
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
Requirements:
3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales
Prior experience in Forex, financial trading platforms, or related industries
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
Target-driven mindset with a strategic approach
Based in India (remote flexibility available)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
