Position: Business Development Manager – US Staffing
Location: Permanent Remote
Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Description:
We are looking for a technically strong, dynamic, and result-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record of generating business, onboarding new clients, and driving high-quality placements consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and build relationships with direct clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners.
Generate 5–6 quality job requirements daily that can be effectively converted into interviews and placements.
Take ownership of new client acquisition and oversee seamless client onboarding.
Understand technical job requirements and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Meet or exceed business development targets through focused outreach and consistent follow-up.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in US Staffing Business Development.
Technically sound with a good understanding of IT roles and technologies to match client needs accurately.
Strong knowledge of US Visa types (H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, etc.) and Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong network and working relationships with clients and vendors.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven, with a proven track record in client onboarding, requirement generation, and successful placements.
