Business Development Officer

We’re seeking a skilled Fashion Designer to work closely with clients, understand their needs, and create bespoke clothing designs that exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and design principles, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their fashion needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

2. Design Development: Create custom clothing designs, patterns, and prototypes based on client requirements.

3. Fabric Selection: Source and select fabrics, trims, and embellishments that meet client needs and design requirements.

4. Design Suggestions: Provide expert advice on fashion trends, styles, and silhouettes that suit each client’s body type, skin tone, and personal style.

5. Client Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts, production timelines, and fit requirements to clients.

6. Design Refining: Refine designs based on client feedback and ensure that final products meet client expectations.

7. Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, technologies, and industry developments.

Requirements:

1. Fashion Design Education: Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably working with clients or in a bespoke design environment.

3. Design Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, pattern-making, and garment construction.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients.

5. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and client-facing experience.

2. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fashion industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

3. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,306.51 – ₹49,423.18 per month
