Business development specialist
Lead Counselling & Conversion
○ Engage with pre-qualified leads generated through marketing channels.
Counsel prospective learners on program benefits, career outcomes, and
admission processes.
○ Drive conversions by handling objections, building trust, and showcasing
program value.
2. Sales Closures
○ Own the complete sales funnel from prospecting to closing.
○ Coordinate with the academic counselling or field sales team to assist in deal
finalization.
3. Relationship Building
○ Build long-term rapport with potential learners through consistent follow-ups.
○ Maintain high levels of empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
4. Cross-functional Coordination
○ Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to optimize lead
conversion strategies.
