Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives.
Duties
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base and achieve sales goals
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
Utilize customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and sales processes
Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable contracts
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of business development strategies
Manage projects related to business development initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Strong understanding of strategic planning and negotiation techniques
Proficiency in customer relationship management software, preferably Salesforce
Excellent project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
