Part-Time Business Operations Manager

20–30 hours/week • Remote • Based in or near Hong Kong time zone (GMT+8)

Join a small, purpose-driven team supporting global keynote speaker and adventurer Rob Lilwall (see www.roblilwall.com/en-hk). We’re looking for a self-starter who’s organised, proactive, and ready to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting client communications and managing freelance teammates
Coordinating logistics for international speaking events
Handling admin, travel arrangements, proposals, and calendars
Assisting with newsletters and light marketing projects
You might be a great fit if you:

Have 5+ years of professional experience in a business/operations/admin role
Enjoy juggling a variety of tasks and solving problems
Want flexible, meaningful part-time work
Have excellent written English and attention to detail
Are comfortable working independently and remotely
Location:

Based anywhere in or near GMT+8 (e.g., Philippines, India, Georgia, Hong Kong, Malaysia)

Start Date: Ideally 2 July 2025
