Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Call Center Executive to actively reach out to Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), effectively communicate our platform’s value proposition, and facilitate their onboarding onto the 100takka platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), clearly articulating the benefits of joining the 100takka platform.
Engage with potential MFD partners, understanding their business needs, and explaining how our aggregator platform enhances their client management and sales capabilities.
Guide interested MFDs through the onboarding process, assisting with platform registration and initial setup.
Maintain a database of outreach activities, capturing relevant distributor feedback and insights.
Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to address queries and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and ensure successful onboarding completion.
Qualifications:

Graduate, preferably with a background in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Prior experience in outbound sales, business development, or call center operations; financial services industry experience preferred.
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and persuasive negotiation abilities.
Need to know 2-3 Indian languages, one of which should be English
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously.
A proactive attitude, highly self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
