Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Manager to lead and manage the operations of our growing call center team. The candidate must hold an MBA and have at least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with deep knowledge of CRM systems, calling portals, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily call center operations and ensure smooth functioning
Provide training to new employees on CRM systems and calling portals
Create CRM login IDs and complete onboarding formalities
Monitor team performance and maintain accountability for results
Develop work systems, reporting structures, and performance metrics
Motivate and guide the team to meet targets and maintain discipline
Identify underperforming team members and ensure corrective actions
Follow and enforce organizational processes and directives
Candidate Requirements:
MBA is mandatory
Minimum 4 to 5 years of managerial experience in call center/BPO operations
Strong technical understanding of CRM tools and calling software
Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage teams
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Honest, hardworking, disciplined, and result-oriented
Must be able to take instructions seriously and implement them effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
