About the job
Key Responsibilities:
Checking and maintaining financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Handle direct and indirect taxation including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
Conduct audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and controls.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
Perform cost accounting and suggest cost-saving strategies.
Monitor and manage working capital, accounts payable, and receivable.
Assist in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making support.
Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Proficient in accounting software like Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications & Experience:

[1–4] years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CA Fresher with an eagerness to grow in the finance domai
