Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with proven experience in BPO
client acquisition. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network, deep understanding of the outsourcing industry, and the ability to craft and close high-impact deals. You’ll be responsible for building and growing our client base across domestic and international markets

Key Responsibilities.

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the BPO and outsourcing sector (Customer Support, Back Office, Sales, etc.)
Develop and execute a lead generation strategy through outbound efforts (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, partnerships, etc.)
Pitch MFS Services’ offerings to potential clients, clearly communicating our USPs (ownership-driven operations, lean cost model, quick deployment)
Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and business presentations
Nurture and convert leads into long-term clients
Collaborate with the operations team to align service delivery with client expectations
Attend industry events and stay updated on outsourcing trends
Key Requirements

3–7 years of business development experience in the BPO / KPO / outsourcing industry
Proven track record of client acquisition (India and/or international markets)
Strong understanding of customer support processes and outsourcing value proposition
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results
Network in startups, ecommerce, fintech, or healthtech is a plus

Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
