Job Title: Client Experience Executive

Location: Remote (India-based preferred)

Reports To: Founder & CEO

Department: Client Delivery & Success

Salary: ₹35,000/month (negotiable up to ₹40,000 for exceptional candidates)

Role Summary

The Experience Executive is responsible for delivering a world-class onboarding, strategy, and content execution experience for DDV clients. This person will be the client’s primary relationship manager post-sale, ensuring timely communication, creative alignment, and execution excellence from onboarding to monthly reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding

Conduct welcome calls to make clients feel excited and aligned from day one.

Guide clients to prepare for the kickoff call with necessary info:

Social media credentials

Last 10 paying clients (for niche analysis)

Branding assets

Fill out a detailed Discovery Form live during the call and trigger automation to share a summary with the client.

2. Strategy Delivery

Coordinate with the content team to craft a laser-focused strategy.

Ensure each strategy includes:

Target audience persona

Instagram handle suggestions

Creative concept (e.g., storytelling, duo series, expert-led content)

Execution plan (studio shoots, location shoots, timelines)

Reel topics & posting frequency

Schedule a Zoom call to present the strategy to the client professionally.

3. Shoot Coordination & Timelines

Align with the shoot team for scheduling based on strategy approval.

Brief clients on what to expect at the shoot and what preparation is needed.

4. Reporting & Client Communication

Schedule a Pulse Report review call after 50% of the month’s deliverables are posted.

Schedule a Month-End Report review call (with social media executive present).

Lead all client-facing calls unless creative/technical input is requested.

5. Relationship Management

Keep clients updated proactively on timelines, delays, or feedback.

Coordinate revisions between the editing team and the client.

Be the emotional + strategic anchor of the client relationship.

Skills Required

Excellent communication (written + verbal)

Strategic thinking with a creative tilt

Highly organized with follow-up discipline

Basic understanding of Instagram and social media trends

Good with tools: Google Sheets, Notion, Trello, Zoom, WhatsApp

Bonus Points For

Experience in client servicing in an agency or media environment

Exposure to content creation (even if just as a hobby)

Understanding of B2B/B2C branding or business strategy concepts

Being fun, empathetic, and creative in energy

Compensation

Base Salary: ₹35,000/month

Negotiable up to ₹40,000/month for highly qualified candidates

Incentives/Bonuses: Additional performance-based incentives available

Growth Path

This role can grow into a Client Success Manager or even Head of Client Experience, managing a team of coordinators and optimizing systems for scale.
