Job Description: Client Relationship Manager

SAT n paper is a 8-year-old company engaged in providing online tutoring for standardized tests to students in India and abroad. The current team size is 300+ employees/ retainers.

Responsibilities:

● To ensure the performance of every student within the assigned cohort is carefully monitored and progress is tracked with planned intervention strategies (Parent Teacher Meetings etc.) resulting in high achievement for all students.

● Effective manager of people possessing the ability to challenge and lead difficult conversations.

● Provide an effective and customer-focused frontline support service to students and parents.

● Handle a team of 3-5 assistant managers for coordinating students’ preparation.

● Should be able to act appropriately on own initiative as well as take directions from the senior management to build a healthy and conducive relationship with students and parents.

Skills:

● Candidates should be self-starters, have energy and enthusiasm for education and an educational environment and be able to work with a wide range of people, at times even under pressure.

● High caliber administrative, organizational, and planning skills.

● Outstanding communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.

Ideal candidate:

● Should have 5 to 8 years of experience in the client relationship domain.

● Outstanding communication skills.

● Experience in remote working will be an added advantage.

● Any experience in the study abroad field is an added advantage, not mandatory, though.

● This is a full time and work from home position.

● Preference will be given to a candidate who has held leadership positions in the education sector/service sector or holds an MBA from a reputed institute.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹36,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
