Digital Marketing Assistant
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in planning and executing digital campaigns to promote our products, grow our audience, and enhance brand awareness across online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
Develop engaging content ideas and coordinate with the content and design teams for creatives.
Manage and grow SpeakSaga’s social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies for website and blog content.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
Optimize landing pages, ad content, and conversion funnels to improve ROI.
Run A/B testing for different marketing creatives and targeting methods.
Track daily KPIs such as impressions, click-through rates, engagement, conversions, and more.
Stay up-to-date with current trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internship experience also counts).
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and lead generation.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹9,935.99 – ₹40,633.51 per month
