Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of our online store, helping to ensure that our product catalog is accurate, engaging, and optimized for customer conversion. This role will involve catalog management, data entry, supplier coordination, image updates, and competitive pricing analysis.

Key Responsibilities

· – Maintain and enhance the quality and accuracy of product information (descriptions, specs, images, attributes) across our e-commerce catalog.

· – Manage the creation, updating, and ongoing maintenance of product listings.

· – Audit e-commerce platforms to ensure proper product display, categorization, menu links, and navigation.

· – Coordinate with third-party suppliers and internal teams to collect and verify SKU-level product information, including images and descriptions.

· – Perform detailed data entry tasks including product dimensions, weights, color codes, etc.

· – Create new product images and edit/update existing ones as needed.

· – Conduct price comparisons and monitor competitors to ensure our pricing strategy remains competitive within the UAE market.

· – Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product data is optimized for advertising and promotional campaigns.

· – Assist in implementing upsell and cross-sell strategies across the product catalog.

REQUIREMENTS

· – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred).

· – Prior experience in an e-commerce or online retail role is a plus.

· – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and e-commerce CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).

· – Basic image editing skills using tools like Photoshop or Canva.

· – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· – Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· – Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹23,303.00 – ₹35,101.00 per month
