Full job description
Candidate to have strong Audio-visual Technical Support skills, extensive experience in managing AV faults and supporting AV services, service calls, service requests and planned changes.
PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS
Brief Job Description:
Two-wheeler is must.
Have to attend service/support calls at client site within and out of state.
Maintain and troubleshoot audio-visual solutions to ensure optimal performance.
Respond to service requests and provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on AV equipment, including projectors, displays, speakers, microphones, and control systems.
Excellent communication skills. Local language is must.
Install and configure AV software, drivers, and firmware updates.
Operating the master controls of AV systems during events.
Conduct quality checks and testing of new AV installations to ensure that they meet the required standards and specifications.
Document all maintenance and service activities in accordance with company procedures.
Conduct Quarterly Preventive maintenance of AV system.
Perform quick and efficient diagnosis of issues.
Storing, transporting, assembling and disassembling of AV Equipments.
Ensuring the production and updating of AV documentation such as user guides.
Cabling and wiring to implement technologies into AV setups.
Handling of Entire AV support services and Support Video Conferencing platforms
Experience: 4+ years in AV system maintenance preferred.
Education: Diploma / BE in Electrical, Electronics preferred
