Financial Analyst

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance/accounting role. (Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or Agribusiness is preferred)

Qualification: CA, CMA, CS or MBA (Finance) with strong accounting fundamentals.

Key Skills:

Build and maintain robust financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
Perform in-depth variance analysis, identify trends, and present actionable insights
Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities
Prepare and deliver clear, compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in operations, sales, marketing, and product
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across departments
Support investment analysis, capital planning, and performance benchmarking
Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights that give us a competitive edge
