Google Ads Specialist

At Uluad, we help nonprofits grow their revenue with paid search strategies powered by Google Ads and advertising grants. We’re looking for a dynamic addition to join our advertising management team!

We are looking for a data-driven remote worker! The Paid Search/Nonprofit Specialist will be able to create, launch, optimize, and oversee Google Ad campaigns.

Please Note: We will only reply to candidates with at least three years of Google Ads experience.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

Create and optimize Google ad campaigns.
Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment. (ROI)
Use Google Ads to drive various online marketing objectives for nonprofits across the US.
The ability to make data-driven decisions.
Deep understanding of Google Ad Grants.
The candidate must have experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
The candidate should be able to create multiple triggers for specific event-tracking purposes for several accounts.
The candidate must independently track transaction value in Google Analytics.
Familiarity with transaction tracking variables and correcting conversion value reporting is required.
The candidate should also have substantial experience communicating with clients regarding eCommerce value tracking, donation value tracking, and shopping cart customization as needed.
You’ll Need:

A minimum of 3+ years of paid search experience.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Proven prior experience with managing advertising accounts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant certifications.
Ability to work remotely.

Pay: ₹263.00 – ₹360.00 per hour
