Job Description

International Tele Caller Executive”

Make outbound international calls to potential clients in the US, UK, Middle East, or other target regions
Introduce the company’s IT services such as web development, mobile app development, software solutions, and digital transformation
Generate interest, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and client responses in CRM tools
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel
Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams for campaign alignment
Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English
0–3 years of experience in international telecalling or sales (B2B or B2C)
Prior experience in IT services/tech sales is a plus
Comfortable working in international time zones/shifts
Basic understanding of CRM tools and email marketing platforms
Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
