International Voice Process -BPO

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to new Businesses based in the UK (United Kingdom) to present our product and service offering
Adhere to call scripts and sales protocols while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation style
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and generate a potential lead as per the process guidelines.
Take and process customer details in an accurate manner
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales target and facilitate future sales
Requirements and skills

Proven experience as telesales representative in outbound sales in an International Process (preferably UK market)
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, good negotiation skills and most important is good objection handling skills
Outstanding negotiation skills
Addressing questions and concerns on the spot
Motivation to keep going despite “no” responses
Adapting approach based on the customer profile
Should be Patient, friendly personality and most important is candidate should be a team Player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
