Job Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients in the U.S. market to grow the customer base
Meet or exceed monthly qualified lead and demo targets
Perform outbound outreach (calls, emails, campaigns) to prospects
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the sales team
Maintain accurate activity records in CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams on lead conversion strategies
Analyze outreach data to improve performance
Stay updated on industry news, competitors, and product positioning
Attend virtual events and participate in prospect engagement
Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Lusha for research
Create and manage cold email campaigns and calling workflows
Support B2B SaaS lead generation initiatives
Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in US B2B lead generation
Experience with SaaS sales or consulting is preferred
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Confident with cold calling and client interaction
Proficiency in lead generation tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and Lusha
Highly organized and self-driven; capable of working independently in a remote setup
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
