Loyalty Consultant
We are currently hiring for the role of Loyalty Consultant at Customer Capital, a fast-growing SaaS-based company redefining how leading enterprises engage with customers through loyalty and commerce solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in problem-solving, enjoys working on research-driven strategy, and is adept at presenting insights to clients and someone who has deep knowledge in loyalty programs.
Role: Loyalty Consultant
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
Reports to: Head of Consulting
Experience: 3+ years in consulting, analytics, or research
Education: MBA preferred (graduates with strong quantitative skills also welcome)
What You’ll Do:
Conduct market and business research to derive actionable insights
Build Excel models and use data to support client strategies
Create and deliver impactful presentations in PowerPoint
Interact with clients, understand challenges, and offer strategic recommendations
Take ownership of deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Support in preparing client proposals and decks for ongoing engagements
We’re Looking For:
Deep knowledge and rich experience in Loyalty domain
Rich experience in Consulting domain
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
A self-starter with a consultative mindset
Experience in consulting, client-facing roles, or high-performance corporate settings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per year
