Manager – Business Development

They are key players in a company’s go-to-market strategy, responsible for expanding the company’s reach and securing new business. Key Responsibilities:
Identifying Opportunities:BDMs conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new markets, potential clients, and innovative solutions.
Building Relationships:They develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to secure new business and partnerships.
Developing Business Plans:BDMs create detailed business plans outlining strategies for new markets, client needs, and product development.
Collaboration:They collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and efficient project execution.
Negotiation and Closing:BDMs leverage strong negotiation skills to secure new clients and finalize strategic partnerships.
Lead Generation and Management:They generate leads, nurture them through the sales funnel, and hand them off to the sales team.
Monitoring and Evaluation:BDMs track and evaluate business performance using key metrics and adapt strategies as needed.
