Manager – Business Development
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Business Management or related field
1+ years of experience in Hospitality Industry, preferably in the F&B department.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Self-starter with a track record of exceeding sales targets
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must be willing to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify & convert business leads
Conduct product demos, cold calls & emails
Build & nurture long-term client relations
Achieve revenue goals
Use MS Office for daily operations
Support client onboarding & after-sales service
