Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and energetic Business Development Manager to fuel our growth engine. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing warm leads, converting prospects into high-ticket retainers, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across India and international markets.
Understand client pain points and pitch BCON’s solutions across branding, content, and performance marketing.
Develop custom proposals, pitch decks, and lead closing strategies.
Own the sales pipeline: from discovery calls and follow-ups to closing deals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, content, performance) to ensure seamless onboarding.
Track and report on sales KPIs weekly.
Stay updated with marketing trends and industry movements to sharpen pitches.
What You Bring

2–4 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience (preferably in marketing/advertising/media/tech).
Experience selling retainers or creative services is a big plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Comfortable in high-ownership roles with monthly revenue targets.
Hustler mindset with a hunger for growth and creativity in approach.
