Planning Manager – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

Preparing Base line schedule
Tracking schedule, catch up schedule
Resources requirements
Tracking contractor appointment & material purchase
Tracking laisioning & approval
Tracking Consultants drgs & deliverable
Weekly / Bi weekly / monthly progress report
Delay analysis
Preparing MIS repot
PRM PPT
Critical issues flag raising
Maintaining event records
Budget tracking.
Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
Post-graduation /diploma from NICMAR/other reputed planning institute.
5+ years of Planning experience in multiple Residential & commercial project handling experience from Beginning to handover of the project
Computer proficiency: AutoCAD, MSP, Primavera, MS office
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 – ₹2,100,000.00 per year
