Product manager

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team and help drive the development and enhancement of our digital learning platforms. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tech, content, and marketing to plan and execute product initiatives

Conduct user research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features

Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, wireframes, and documentation to guide the development process

Monitor product performance using analytics tools, derive insights, and implement strategies to enhance user experience

Ensure timely execution and delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and user satisfaction

Coordinate effectively with developers to drive progress and ensure smooth implementation of features

Lead post-development marketing efforts to promote new product features and ensure successful adoption

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech preferred)

1+ year of experience in product management or a related role in a tech/startup environment

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Passion for education and user-centered design is a plus

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
