Job Title: Head of Sales – Real Estate (Female Candidates)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Chembur

Reports to: Managing Director / CEO

Pay: 80000/- per month

Experience Required: 10+ years in real estate sales, with at least 6-7 years in a leadership role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing and strategic Sales Head to lead our real estate sales division. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue through effective team management, client engagement, and market positioning. The ideal candidate will spearhead all sales initiatives across residential, commercial, and/or luxury segments, depending on company focus.

Team Leadership & Performance

Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team and channel partners.

Define KPIs and sales metrics; monitor individual and team performance regularly.

Conduct training programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, and key stakeholders.

Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring a superior customer experience.

Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.

Provide insights to marketing and product development teams to optimize offerings.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with the Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Project teams to ensure sales readiness and alignment.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Oversee channel sales programs and broker engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven track record of sales leadership in the real estate sector.

Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and institutional buyers.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales performance tools.

Compensation:

Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives/commissions
