Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

Provis Technologies is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to drive our digital presence and enhance brand awareness. You will be responsible for designing and implementing social media strategies, managing content, engaging online communities, and measuring campaign success across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with company goals.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.
2. Content Creation:

Design engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics) that reflects our IT services and brand tone.
Collaborate with designers and writers to maintain content consistency.
3. Community Engagement:

Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and nurture a loyal community.
Address queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
4. Campaign Management:

Plan and run campaigns for product launches, events, and initiatives.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using defined KPIs.
5. Social Media Advertising:

Manage paid ad campaigns across platforms, including targeting, budgeting, and testing.
Optimize ads through A/B testing and analytics tools.
6. Analytics & Reporting:

Track and analyze metrics using tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
Generate monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in the IT sector).
Strong understanding of social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Ads Manager).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of SEO, digital trends, and paid campaign optimization.
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
