Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social presence and drive traffic across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Redesign and optimize our digital platforms to improve user experience and brand identity
Monitor trends and competitor strategies to keep our digital presence relevant and impactful
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to boost traffic to our websites
Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive conversions
Collaborate with internal teams for content ideas, graphics, and campaign direction
Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies for ongoing improvement
Manage social media calendars, brand voice, and visual consistency

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
Prior experience working US shifts is mandatory
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and audience growth
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Experience with web redesign or collaboration with design teams is a plus
