Sr. Business Development Associate

What You’ll Do:

Prospect and Qualify: Proactively identify and engage potential franchise buyers through various channels, meticulously qualifying leads based on their financial capacity, entrepreneurial spirit, and alignment with our brand.
Present the Opportunity: Articulate the compelling value proposition of our franchise model, highlighting its proven systems, comprehensive support, and strong return on investment. You’ll bring the business opportunity to life through engaging presentations and personalized discussions.
Build Relationships: Cultivate strong rapport and build trust with prospective franchisees, understanding their individual goals and motivations to tailor solutions that meet their needs.
Navigate the Sales Process: Expertly guide prospects through each stage of the franchise sales process, addressing their questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Close Deals: Skillfully negotiate and close franchise agreements, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Maintain Accurate Records: Diligently track all sales activities, maintain accurate records in our CRM system, and provide regular reports on progress and forecasts.
Stay Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of our franchise model, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate our unique advantages.
What You Bring to the Table:

Proven track record of high-performance sales achievement, preferably in franchise sales, real estate, or other high-value intangible sales.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong desire to exceed targets.
