Sr business development executive
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement online sales strategies:
Create and execute comprehensive online sales plans to acquire new clients and expand market share within the financial services sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities:
Proactively research and identify potential online partnerships, affiliations, and lead generation sources to expand the company’s online presence and client base.
Manage online sales channels:
Optimize sales activities across various online channels, including the company website, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and online advertising.Establish strong relationships with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide personalized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and generate regular reports to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness of strategies, and make data-driven adjustments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial services industry, including emerging trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape, to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, develop effective online campaigns, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Represent the company professionally in online interactions, including social media engagement, online forums, and virtual events.
Build and nurture client relationship
Generate new leads with Apollo/ Sales Navigator/ other marketing tools
Collaborate with marketing team
Email Marketing:
Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns (lead nurturing, newsletters, promotional offers).
Monitor email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
Skills:
Proven experience: min 4+ years of experience in online business development or sales within the financial services industry (e.g., investment, financial services, global clientele).
Sales acumen: Strong understanding of online sales principles, strategies, and best practices. Experience of B2B sales is a must
Digital marketing knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing channels, SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising.
Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Financial services expertise: Solid understanding of financial products, services, and market trends.
Tech proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, online sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivation and drive: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
Master’s degree: A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Deliverables/Targets – This will be target driven job and various deliverables will be mapped.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
