Job Description

Support & Communication Specialist

Respond to driver inquiries via SMS, email, and occasional phone calls.
Resolve issues related to rental agreements, vehicle maintenance, payments, and app-related concerns.
Maintain a calm, professional tone when handling customer escalations or complaints.
Proactively follow up on payment reminders, documentation, vehicle inspections, and other operational needs.
Document all communication and case updates in our CRM and internal tools.
Collaborate with internal U.S. teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
