Key Responsibilities:
Address inbound and outbound customer calls.
handle product inqueries regarding products, orders, and services.
Resolve complaints and follow up for resolution.
Maintain call logs and report escalation
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills
Strong communication and active listening skills
