Roles & Responsibilities

Cold calling on given data/Leads.
Deliver sales pitch and proposal to potential clients Generate weaklings for site visit.
Encourage/Convince client for site visit.
Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Maintain data/report of calls in excel.
Follow-ups of interested client/broker.
Helping the sales team to reach targets.
