Job Title: Telecaller – Lead Qualification

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Telecaller to join our team for lead qualification. The primary responsibility will be to pre-qualify incoming leads by making calls to potential clients and evaluating them based on predefined criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and connect with the lead.
Assess and qualify leads according to the established criteria.
Record and maintain detailed information about the conversation and qualification status.
Ensure timely follow-up on warm or interested prospects.
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and apply lead qualification criteria.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or Excel.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Language proficiency in English/Hindi
