USA Telemarketing Executive (Work from Home – India)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telemarketing Executives to join our team and connect with potential customers in the United States. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective US-based customers using a provided script and CRM system
Promote and explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls or demos
Handle customer questions and objections professionally
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM regularly
Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions
Collaborate with the US sales team for feedback and campaign improvement
Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound calling (preferably targeting the US market)
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Ability to work during US business hours (Night Shift IST)
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with US clients
Experience with tools like Dialpad, RingCentral, or HubSpot CRM
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
