As we scale our operations, we’re looking for a meticulous and detail-driven Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team and help us keep our financials as polished as the gems we sell.

???? Keeping Our Books Sparkling Clean

Handling day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records.
Managing invoicing cycles for vendors and customers.
Managing invoicing cycles with accurate GL tagging and system integration.
Performing accurate bank reconciliations regularly.
Maintaining weekly cash flow tracking and reporting.
Maintaining and organizing vendor records with precision.
Collecting data from operations and product teams to optimize customer invoicing accuracy and speed.
Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Coordinating with local consultants and auditors for statutory compliance requirements.
Collaborating with internal departments to gather inputs for annual budgeting and forecasting.
Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

✅ What You Bring to the Vault

2–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
Familiarity with accounting software and tools (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Experience working cross-functionally with operations, product, or business teams is a plus.
