About the Role:
Communication Crafts is seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong design background and a passion for storytelling, branding, and innovation. You will be responsible for driving the creative vision, ensuring high-quality output, and aligning creative strategies with client and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute creative strategies that align with client goals and brand positioning
Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, content, and performance marketing
Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to clients and stakeholders
Mentor and manage a team of designers, art directors, and creative professionals
Maintain high standards of creative excellence and brand consistency
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into client work
Manage creative budgets and resources efficiently to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior creative role within an agency or similar environment
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign development, and design leadership
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Ability to balance creative ambition with business objectives and timelines
Proficiency in design tools and a deep understanding of digital and print media
