What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities:

1. Global Plant Setup & Ramp-Up

Lead end-to-end PV module manufacturing plant setup, including equipment installation, commissioning, FAT/EQPQ, and full-scale ramp-up.

Manage capacity build-outs delivering multi-GW scale production facilities in multiple geographies (USA, India, Asia-Pacific).

Oversee sustaining operations, equipment upgrades, CPW (Cost per Watt) optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

2. Technical & Customer Support

Provide post-sales technical support for a multi-GW customer base across Asia-Pacific and other international markets.

Support customers through the entire module lifecycle: installation, O&M, performance monitoring, warranty management, spare parts, and recycling operations.

Conduct PV plant audits, EPC quality checks, DC health checks, and coordinate with third-party labs for product testing and validation.

3. Engineering & Product Development

Drive module packaging development, product certification, testing, and quality improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for new product design changes, failure mode analysis, and continuous product reliability enhancements.

Lead cost-saving, indigenization, and productivity improvement projects within plant operations.

4. Operations & Resource Management

Manage global module inspection centers and warehouses for module replacement, defect resolution, and warranty processes.

Develop and implement best practices for PV plant installation (tracker, fixed tilt, seasonal tilt) and wire management.

Lead training and competency development programs for internal teams and customers.

5. Project & People Leadership

Oversee large solar EPC projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and budget adherence.

Coordinate cross-functional teams for design, procurement, logistics, vendor management, and site execution.

Provide leadership for technical teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence, safety, and innovation.
