Job Title: Chartered Accountant – Audit (Banks & NBFCs)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3–5 years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Role Summary

We are looking for a qualified CA with 3–5 years of experience in auditing Banks and NBFCs. The role involves executing end-to-end audit procedures, including testing of advances, investments, deposits, revenue recognition, and treasury operations, while ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines, Ind AS, and prudential norms.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct audits of Banks/NBFCs with focus on loan portfolios, investments, and treasury

Perform ICFR testing and review regulatory compliance (NPA norms, ALM, capital adequacy, etc.)

Prepare audit documentation, working papers, and schedules with proper referencing

Identify control gaps, non-compliances, and process deficiencies

Assist in drafting audit reports, LFAR, and regulatory certifications

Requirements

CA with 3–5 years of relevant audit experience

Strong understanding of RBI regulations, Ind AS, and banking processes

Proficient in MS Office; good documentation and communication skills

Prior experience in a CA firm or audit of financial institutions preferred
