Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring the company’s continued growth in the luxury hospitality sector. You will play a critical role in expanding the B2B sales network, creating strategic partnerships, and representing Kimirica Hunter’s brand and values across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Growth:
Develop and implement strategies for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the hospitality industry.
Generate new leads through market research, industry events, cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure a consistent flow of potential business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients in the hospitality sector, including luxury hotels, resorts, and spas.
Regularly engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, uncover new needs, and expand the scope of services provided.

Market Analysis & Strategy:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to create strategic sales and marketing plans.
Conduct in-depth research to identify new potential markets and customer segments.

Sales & Negotiations:
Lead and support contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with senior management to prepare proposals and pitch presentations for potential clients.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Provide feedback and market intelligence to product teams to enhance the company’s offerings.

Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
Provide detailed forecasts to senior management to assist in strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in the hospitality or luxury goods industry.
Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and acquiring new clients.
Experience with sales strategy development, contract negotiations, and client management.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
