Job highlights In-depth knowledge of lubricants and industrial sales, strong leadership and communication skills Develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market research, build customer relationships, and achieve EBITA targets Job match score Early Applicant Key Skills Location Work Experience 8 – 12 Years 4 Vacancies ₹ 8-15 Lacs P.A Mumbai (All Areas), Hyderabad, Chennai Hybrid Must have key skills Industrial Sales,Lubricants,Sales And Marketing,Fuel,Business Development Other key skills OEM Sales,Diesel,Dealer Development Job description What you’ll do Develop and implement effective sales strategies to focus on sales of lubricants, fuel oil, re-refined base oil, rubber process oil, hydraulic oil, etc. Conduct market research and to identify opportunities for growth for the industrial sales, institutional sales, tender based sales, retail sales, etc. Build and maintain strong relationship with customers like PSUs, ordinance factories, power plant and railways, etc. Identify and seek new business opportunities and potential market to sell the product in mining, cement, garment, pharma, logistic, paint and various other industries. Accountable for achieving EBITA as per yearly target. Establish sales performance tracking and reporting with respect to the sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Prepare forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as logistics, operations, and product development to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of strategies. Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities for job work related to the reprocessing of used machine oils generated by industries. Build a strong client pipeline and convert leads into sustainable partnerships. Used Oil Sourcing and Coordination: Explore and target industries that generate used oil, establish contacts with relevant departments, and coordinate with both client industries and internal teams to ensure efficient and timely collection of used oil. Customer Relationship & Customization Support: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to understand their specific oil requirements. Coordinate with the production and technical teams to facilitate the formulation and supply of customized oil products that meet customer specifications and quality standards. Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of industry trends, products, and market dynamics. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
