What you’ll do
Job Title -Campaign Manager

Business Unit :- Spectrum Banking

Location :- Mumbai

Responsibilities:-

Campaign Performance & ROI

Design, launch, and manage digital campaigns across SMS and Email.

Drive campaign conversions by ensuring Click Ratio >0.5% and improving Call/Genie Lead Ratio.

Continuously monitor ROI and optimize performance against campaign KPIs.

Facilitate the sharing of best practices from within Spectrum Banking in the cross functional processes and implement them and drive performance benchmarkingCampaign Performance & ROI

Design, launch, and manage digital campaigns across SMS and Email.

Drive campaign conversions by ensuring Click Ratio >0.5% and improving Call/Genie Lead Ratio.

Continuously monitor ROI and optimize performance against campaign KPIs.

Facilitate the sharing of best practices from within Spectrum Banking in the cross functional processes and implement them and drive performance benchmarking

Data Analytics & Reporting

Deliver timely campaign reports ensuring campaign performance insights are shared monthly/fortnightly post-campaign.

Provide at least one actionable optimization recommendation per campaign to improve future targeting, channel efficiency, or messaging.

Use dashboards to track performance and identify improvement opportunities

Lead Management & Funnel Optimization

Manage the end-to-end lead funnel from acquisition to conversion.

Optimize cost efficiency by ensuring Cost-to-Income ratio for campaigns remains 10%.

Implement lead scoring, nurturing, and remarketing strategies to maximize conversions

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (CVM Campaign, Product, MCC, Spectrum Banking centers.

Ensure high satisfaction levels of stakeholders by aligning campaign objectives with business priorities.

Act as the bridge between internal teams, ensuring campaigns meet strategic goals

Liaison with CDAC Team (Data Management Team) for creating lead scoring model & customer personas for optimizing the conversion funnel
