Job Summary:

We are currently hiring two Chartered Financial Analysts (CFAs) to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, investment management, or related areas. This role requires strong analytical abilities, financial modeling skills, and knowledge of global markets and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct financial and investment analysis for internal and external reporting

· Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation forecasts for startups, private companies, and listed entities

· Evaluate and assess startup performance, business models, and potential growth opportunities

· Identify and approach High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs) for potential investment opportunities

· Track portfolio performance and generate periodic analytical reports for stakeholders

· Provide insights and actionable recommendations on new and existing investment opportunities

· Analyze market trends, economic indicators, industry performance, and competitor data

· Support strategic planning, budgeting, and risk assessment activities

· Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in line with CFA Institute guidelines

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data gathering, presentations, and client reporting

· Maintain an updated database of investment opportunities, client interactions, and deal progr

Qualifications & Requirements:

CFA Charterholder or cleared at least CFA Level I
Minimum 2 years of work experience in finance, investment, equity research, or similar domains
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and tools like Bloomberg or Reuters
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
